Miley Cyrus -- aren't you dating Liam Hemsworth? While on tour over the weekend in Lisbon, Portugal, Disney's ultimate teen queen took to her microphone to talk about ex-beau, NICK JONAS.

Just before belting out her song, Full Circle, Cyrus added a mini-introduction, admitting the song was about NICK JONAS. To be exact, Miley said:

'It's about two people. They're always gonna come back together no matter what anyone says or the bad people that try to keep you apart.... It's a personal story. Surprise surprise, it's about a JONAS BROTHER....You didn't hear that.'
