Mischa Barton Clearly On Drugs in Interview Before Hospitalization

Mischa Barton was interviewed a couple of weeks ago by Handbag.com while she was in the UK, and she is SERIOUSLY messed up during the interview.  She actually speaks pretty coherently but just watching her fidget and seeing her dead, drugged-out eyes is disturbing.

    you know, mischa looks just like her sister did before she went to rehab...she is a long way away from the oc!
