I really like it a lot. In fact, I think people would like it if they didn't know the name of the group. It's a shame that preconceived notions make people's minds up before they even hear it. My husband played it at work for some folks who listened objectively and when my husband asked them if they liked it, they did. He then asked them if it hurt to admit that it was good. Every single one said yes. So, it's a shame that the world isn't full of more people who can be objective and open minded. The guys grew up, but the people who hated them never did. It's kinda sad.
I wonder if your tune would change if you had heard the song BEFORE you found out who the artist was. I honestly like this song. It's got a good beat and it's just as sensual as anything that Justin Timberlake has done. Joe McIntyre and Donnie Wahlberg's voices in this clip sound very smooth.
Alot of radio stations have gotten ahold of this clip and its being played all across the country already. It's getting good reviews.
You don't like d song?! big deal! who r u anyway! another hater who hasn't out grown his/her hatred for nkotb, we can smell ur jealousy a mile away. Blockheads are happy, leave us alone, for once be happy for other people. WELCOME BACK GUYS. NKOTB RULES!!
I'm also guilty of tricking my friends into thinking they are listening to something else in my car besides NKOTB in order to get an unbiased opinion. Unsurprisingly, every response has been positive and I never reveal to them who they are really jamming to until the end of the car. The jaw-dropped look on their faces were priceless! We NKOTB fans are not asking you to become diehard fans, just to show a little respect and give the music a chance. If a new unknown artist can get that from you, why can't a new sound get that chance as well? Besides, the first song was written by an artist named Nasri. To hate on Click Click Click is to take that chance away from Nasri, not NKOTB.
I actually like this song. I like it even better because it, along with their supposed first single "Summertime" was co-written and produced by Hakim from fellow boy "band" The Boys (Dial My Heart, Lucky Charm, Crazy). He also wrote and produced Akon's hit, Mama Africa. Check him out on MySpace!
