I do feel bad for the celebraties and not having any privacy, but unforuntately that comes with the territory.

The photos look good and yes she is becoming more famous. People are going to notice her in public, but they do deserve their privacy. Also, hotels need to do more to protect them. People should not be knocking on their doors unless they know them personally.

I'm sorry Kristen, but you do look miserable. If you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen. You chose a career that thrust you into the spotlight. Deal witht it or get out of the business. If you continue to frown and scowl, you will find yourself on the D list pretty darn fast and no one is gonna give a damn anymore. Kristen who? I think you need to be more grateful for what you have instead of whining about the "energy that is thrown at you."

Amen, Catwoman1121!!!!! Come on, Kristen!!! Go be a secretary in Montana who does community theatre on the side if you don't want the attention!!! There's a line of women waiting to take your place!

I do not understand this idea that choosing any profession, including acting, means giving up one's private life and personal space, that one 'deserves what one gets' visavis pappz, screaming, rape of one's private life if one chooses acting (or music) as a profession. Slavery was outlawed in this country a whle back; we do not own other people, no matter what their profession. There is a difference between people seeking to be stars, seeking to gain attention, and people who want to act, and there ARE excellent actors who are not hounded, who do not have their space intruded upon; there ARE actors who have a lifetime of good work on stage or film yet are not mistreated (hounded, hunted, screamed at, screamed for, disrespected, threatened) the way Kristen is.
Bottom line: We can own a cd or dvd that we pay for with the work of an artist/of artists, but we do not own themselves, their selves, body and soul. And saying they deserve it is just a rationalization poorly masking the jealousy and the mean-ness.

Here's the thing - maybe she didn't know what it would be like to be such a huge star, or how it would make her feel. She's making more money off of the Twilight Films than everyone here reading will make in a lifetime combined. If it REALLY bothers her how she says - then she can fulfill her contractual obligations to the Twilight series, buy a nice house and live a happy millionaire away from the prying eyes of Hollywood forever and ever several times over. If she does, I will have complete and utter respect for her.

Kristin reminds me of an old-fashioned "movie-star" from the late 30's, 40's, possibly early 50's. She is super-duper talented. I have seen all the films Kristin has acted in. This gal is just very au naturale. Her moves are very brilliantly executed in cinema. ALSO, the camera adores her ..... sorta like a Carole Lombard, etc. K also reminds me of a young Jodi Foster type .... aloof, which is perfectly fine. I do feel for Kristin that (most) privacy is g-o-n-e. Ohwell, that is the price you must pay for those paychecks I suppose. On the other hand, K is still so very young. She needs to chill, take some breaks. Hey Kristin, if you really and truly are not happy, quit the movie-star-business. Just retire. Throughout the years many "stars" have done so with positive results.

So it all boils down to money? Wealthy people somehow forfeit their lives? perhaps you believe they sell their souls to the devil for fame and/or fortune, and therefore have lost their souls. their right to their own lives?
I don't believe that way. I also don't believe that if she hid out she would be forgotten or abandoned by the pappz, screaming hoards, etc. I don't think it is HER responsibility to guide others into being decent respectful human beings.

I'm sorry for her, sure. I'm sure it's tough. But dang... she's looked like a pukey kid since her very first role. The biggest reason I'm turned off by her acting is her "attitude". She's perfect for the role of Bella... a self absorbed PUKE. If it's just the "way she looks", then I feel VERY sorry for her because she's going to have a hard hard time in life...lol.
