Stars Explain Fashion Choices in 'What Were U Thinking'

Ever wondered what on earth was going through a celebrity's head when they wore some awful outfit?  Well, MTV and Cotton have launched a new web series, What Were U Thinking, in which celebrities take a walk down memory lane and look at five of their best and worst fashion moments, explaining what, exactly, they were thinking when they chose those outfits.

The first episode, which is on mtvcotton.com focuses on Kelly Osbourne.  Check out the episode below!

    WOW! what a great idea!! You always wonder what they were thinking, now we can know for sure!!! MTV hit the nail on the head with this one, Kelly Osbourne has made some weird choices!
