'U Smile' just released today! Watch Justin Bieber's live performance of the song he says "is one of the best songs I have ever recorded!"Justin Bieber just released his Motown-style slow jam 'U Smile' this morning.  This is the second single from his new album My World 2.0, which releases on March 23rd.  He tweeted today saying he dedicated 'U Smile' to his fans:

wrote this song for u guys, and now u are all helping it climb the TOP TEN of ITUNES... U SMILE is #10 already! thank u so much. Lets go #1!
